Terms - Hire Terms
- Please inspect the garment thoroughly and highlight any defaults with it when you receive it. If you see any problems then please contact us on the day of receipt to point this out. We can be contacted on

- Check that it is suitable for your purpose.
- Deposit required for each hiring to cover full/ part of ris k value which is non-negotiable. This is £100 per item. We will hold your card details for this. These will be destroyed when the costume has been returned.
- If the goods are damaged or not returned on the agreed date the deposit will be immediately cashed.
- All goods are offered without warranty as to suitability or guarantees as to suitability for original use and no responsibility is taken for any consequential loss to personal property.
- Hire charges and booking charges are non refundable even if the goods do not leave the premises or are returned
- We advise that all hirers insure comprehensively (including third party risks) for hired goods. As soon as the goods leave our premises all charges and risks, (including carriage back to our premises), are the hirers responsibility.
- All goods must be in the same condition as when hired or cleaned if necessary before return, and if the goods need cleaning in our opinion upon return this will be charged to the hirer.
- Duration of hiring is 7 days from receipt of costume unless otherwise agreed.
- Hire goods are not for sale (even if previously retail priced). Title at no time passes to the hirer even if hire/ extended hire/ damaged/ cleaning loss exceed risk value.
- No liability in any way, howsoever arising will be accepted once goods have left our premises and the hirer assumes all responsibilities.
- Hirer agrees to take safety/ preventative measures to the hired goods in compliance with current legislations and fire regulations. Electrical goods must not be plugged in unless hirer has professionally overhauled them.
- Because of the inflammably of some of the materials/ fabrics that are used in the manufacture of certain hire goods they should not be near heat source.
ALL ARTICLES MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM ALL HEAT SOURCES.
- Any diversion from these conditions must be in writing prior to hire commencement and should be noted on the agreement.
- All hiring commence on the agreement date whether collected or dispatched.
- All items must be returned by the customer using a system that records the delivery. The costume is still the customers responsibility until the goods are received back at Pantaloons, 119 Lupus St, Pimlico, SW1V 3EN. If the goods are not received back by the specified date then the customer forfeits their deposit.
