Pantaloons started out as a Party and Fancy Dress Shop in 2002 in the centre of London.   I introduced balloons in the early days and I went on to create amazing displays with our unique designs.  As the internet grew the Fancy Dress became less and less which allowed me to concentrate more on the balloons. In 2017 I closed the doors on the shop and became a full time balloon decorator. Then lockdown happened!  I moved to Lancashire to be near family and started to sell confetti filled balloons on line. In the last year I have introduced the amazing confetti designs that are on this page. I no longer create balloon decorations and just concentrate on creating new colours and new designs for the amazing confetti that is all hand made by myself. I am so  lucky that I have found another avenue for my creative design head!  I love what I do and making confetti is one of the most amazing things I have ever done. It is my happy place.
